The leaves come from the first harvest in Spring after Winter dormancy. This exceptional whole leaf black tea offers an earthy and malty flavour and aroma, balanced with a lasting sweetness on the palate.

Grown in a favourable natural environment where good elevation & rainfall, plus fertile soils with the correct acidity add to this tea its distinctive flavour and quality. The farm where this tea is produced takes pride in their clean soil, air and water.
